Alexis Upshaw has over 20 years working in the education sector as a teacher, administrator, consultant, trainer, and project implementation specialist. She specializes in culturally inclusive curriculum practices and consultation for districts throughout the country.
Alexis is currently a senior consultant in PCG’s school threat assessment practice where she leads a team of business development experts and implementation specialists. She has led the successful implementation of over a dozen active engagements in fewer than six months and continues to sustain strong relationships with PCG's growing list of established clients.
Alexis has a passion for equity and student health while supporting educators across all educational spaces.
