With experience leading safety operations in one of the nation’s largest urban districts, Jason brings a practitioner’s lens to every conversation—balancing urgency, empathy, and strategy in the work of prevention.

Dr. Julia Hollinger
Dr. Hollinger is an education consultant, researcher, and former administrator with expertise in equity, school culture, and student support systems. Her experience spans both national and district-level leadership roles, and she brings a thoughtful, systems-level perspective to the BTAM conversation—connecting behavioral data with inclusive practices that center student well-being.
